the room was impeccably clean. the shower was excellent and provided great water pressure.
the dead bolt in the door lock mechanism needed a card wedged into it to lock from the outside.

The receptionist was very cute and had great knowledge about local tube stations. the room was very comfy and tidy. It was exactly what i needed for a single night. i found the cleanliness really good, and the bed provided perfect support.
the radiator lacked controls, so the room was slightly too warm.

i appreciated the convenient on-site parking. it made arrival and departure simple. the hotel's proximity to wembley park station was also a significant benefit. accessing events and central london was easy via a short walk and train ride.
i found that the room was too warm. there were no controls available for the radiator , and i was unable to adjust the temperature to my preference.
